ز بیمش زرد مانند زریری
Your heart trembles with the thought of death —
Paled by its fear, like turmeric's yellow breath.

به خود باز آ خودی را پخته تر گیر
اگر گیری ، پس از مردن نمیری
Return to yourself, strengthen your inner core —
If grasped firmly, death won't touch you anymore.
