در جهان مانند جوی کوهسار

از نشیب و هم فراز آگاه شو

In this world either be a hill-stream, which observes heights and depressions in its course;

یا مثال سیل بی زنهار خیز

فارغ از پست و بلند راه شو

Or be a headlong flood, which just ignores heights and depressions as it rushes on.
