مبارک باد بر ما این عروسی
خجسته باد ما را این عروسی
May these nuptials be blessed for us, may this marriage be blessed for us;

چو شیر و چون شکر بادا همیشه
چو صهبا و چو حلوا این عروسی
May it be ever like milk and sugar, this marriage like wine and halvah.

هم از برگ و هم از میوه ممتع
مثال نخل خرما این عروسی
May this marriage be blessed with leaves and fruits like the date tree;

چو حوران بهشتی باد خندان
ابد امروز فردا این عروسی
May this marriage be laughing forever, today, tomorrow, like the houris of paradise.

نشان رحمت و توقیع دولت
هم این جا و هم آن جا این عروسی
May this marriage be the sign of compassion and the approval of happiness here and hereafter;

نکونام و نکوروی و نکوفال
چو ماه و چرخ خضرا این عروسی
May this marriage be fair of fame, fair of face, fair of omen as the moon in the azure sky.

خمش کردم که در گفتن نگنجد
که بسرشت است جان با این عروسی
