هر چه کنی تو کرده من دان
هر چه کند تن کرده بود جان
Whatever you do, know it is done by Me; whatever the body does, the Soul has done it.

چشم منی تو گوش منی تو
این دو بگفتم باقی میدان
You are my eyes, you are my ears; I have mentioned these two, remember the rest.

گر به جهان آن گنج نبودی
بهر چه بودی خانه ویران
If that treasure was not in the world, then to what end would it be a ruined house?

گنج طلب کن ای پدر من
دست بجنبان دست بجنبان
Seek the treasure, my father; move your hand, move your hand.

بوی خوش او رهبر ما شد
تا گل و ریحان تا گل و ریحان
His sweet scent has become our guide to rose and basil, to rose and basil.
