مه و ستاره که در راه شوق هم سفرند
کرشمه سنج و ادا فهم و صاحب نظرند
Moon and star, travelling together on the road of desire, are measuring graces and understanding gestures and are possessed of insight.

چه جلوه هاست که دیدند در کف خاکی
قفا بجانب افلاک سوی ما نگرند
What manifestations they have seen in this handful of dust, that they turn their backs on the heavens and look toward us.
