From before me, the world of color and scent did flee —
The earth, the sky, and all directions ceased to be.

تو رفتی ای دل از هنگامهٔ او
و یا از خلوت آباد تو او رفت
Did you, O heart, depart from the world’s bustling array —
Or did it leave your tranquil abode, away?
