عقابان را بهای کم نهد عشق
تذروان را ببازان سر دهد عشق
Love diminishes the eagle's worth to mere trifles —
And empowers the humble sparrow to challenge falcons.

نگه دارد دل ما خویشتن را
ولیکن از کمینش بر جهد عشق
Our heart vigilantly guard itself with care —
Yet from its hidden ambush, Love strikes unaware.
